2TB G Drive only shows as 1TB on Mac Pro

Anyone know why a Mac Pro would say my 2TB G-Drive has only 1TB capacity when I connect it?

Thanks for your post. Is this a new drive or replacement? Does the drive appear in Disk Utility? Does the drive have more than one partition? Please let me know if you have any questions.
