Is there a downside to configuring Raid 1 with the Mac Disk Utility?

Hi Shalmon,

Thanks for your post. The G-RAID Thunderbolt will work fine in a RAID1 configuration done in Disk Utility. You will need to delete the existing RAIDset before creating the RAID1. Please let me know if you have any questions.
