Taking forever to rebuild to second drive

I was performing a regular backup to an offsite drive and in the initial syncing stage, its has been showing 'Rebuilding Drv1 > Drv2' at 0% for a few hours now. Usually the process starts right away. I tried restarting, plugging to and not plugging to my Mac and its still seems like its stuck.

Any solutions?

Hello Glenn,

The issue your reporting is not normal operation. You should normally get to 1% or more after about 30 minutes. You could possibly have a malfunctioning drive or enclosure. Please contact technical support at 888.426.5214 for more troubleshooting.
