G-Speed Es Web Gui - Configuration Utility - No devices

Hi,

I have two GSpeed es raid enclosures and recently when trying to check on my drives in the Web Gui I found that no devices appear in the interface at all. The drives are recognized by the system fine and mount fine (Mac OSX Mountain Lion), but I can't see them in the g-Speed configuration utility.

I did try uninstalling the drivers and re-installing them, but still no devices appear.

Please let me know if you have seen this issue before and if there's something I can do to fix it.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for your post. To have the drives appear in the WEB GUI, you sometimes will need to engage the rescan button a number of times to get the logical volume to appear. It usually appears in the physical devices section (the lower section) right away, but I have had to engage the rescan button as many as 6-8 times for the logical device (the upper section) to appear.
