4TB G-RAID won't mount via USB 3.0 on 2012 Mac Mini

I can't seem to get the G-RAID to mount over USB 3.0 to a 2012 Mac Mini. It works fine via FW800 but I can't seem to figure out how to make USB 3.0 work. Thoughts? The 2012 Mac Mini does indeed support USB 3 Super Speed, but won't mount the volume.

Thanks for your post. Does the drive appear in Disk Utility? Have you tried another cable? Have you tried another computer, or another USB 3 drive with your computer? Please let me know if you have any questions.
