G-PLAY Software Update Directions:

1.) Download G-PLAY Update File "GPLAY v1.4.5.25.zip" to your desktop.
 
2.) Plug the G-PLAY unit into your computer.

3.) Double click on the zip file to open it.

4.) Extract zipped file contents into the Firmware folder on your G-PLAY device.  
There should be 3 files:
- flash.fuf
- loader.bin
- romfs.bin

5.) Once the 3 files are in the Firmware folder, remove device from the computer.

6.) Plug the G-PLAY Audio/Video cables into your monitor.  Power on the G-PLAY.

7.) The G-PLAY will come up with an opening set of options.  Scroll (right arrow) over to the "SETTINGS" option and select.

8.) Scroll (down arrow) to the "FIRMWARE UPDATE" option and select.

9.) A new window will prompt you to update the firmware.  Your new firmware update should be:
"Update ver is 1.4.5.25 Jul 4 2005"

10.) Select this update.

11.) Select again to confirm update.  (The update will take a minute or so.)

12.) When complete, power off the device and then power the device back on.  The new firmware will be in place.
